Yes, we're very happy to draw all pets! We've created lots of pet portrait from horses, to parrots, and lizards.

Our professional artist team will create a high quality portrait from your photo once your order is complete. A preview of this will then be emailed to you for approval. Within 5 working days, you will receive a preview of your artwork for approval. At this point, you can request any changes you want until you are completely satisfied. Then copy is printed.

Since our portraits are custom-made, we begin working on each order immediately after they are placed. 

If you need to cancel an order, please email support@petfurart.com within 30 minutes after placing it, and we will arrange a refund at our discretion. It is not possible to cancel your order after 30 minutes.

Due to the personalised nature of all of our products we are unable to offer returns. Your custom artwork is designed and made to order of the personal image you upload of your pet.
